Teen’s life might be healthy if we consider recommendations for our emotional and physical well-being.
For example, we drink as much water as our body requires. Also we consume vegetables and fruit every day, we try not to have too much junk food and we do exercise at least 15 minutes a day.

We think we live in hygienic conditions as we brush our teeth three times a day, we take a shower every day before coming school.
Above all, we have been taught how to be tidy and healthy wherever we are.

Some years ago life style was healthier than today because population had different habits in their feeding, hygienic, consume and exercise.
For example, their feeding was 100% natural, they plant their food and drank natural water, they used to walk to move to different places, and they bought only the necessary.
Nowadays everything has changed, population eat junk food at least four times a week, they drink process beverages, people lost the routine to walk and now we rather to drive a car or pay a taxi, we don‛t like to walk and above all buy things that they like and not for a necessity.
We think that life style was better in the past; we need to start to live a healthy life like our ancestors did.
